The Blurb: As part of the Still Walking Festival we’ll be teaming up with Video Strolls to bring you a selection of walking-themed films along with our usual Open Reel. Owen Davey, co-founder of Video Strolls will be travelling from London to present a selection of films from the collection. We have just received confirmation that John Rogers, director of The London Perambulator shall also be attending to show two of his short films.
As always there’s the Open Reel so if you’ve made a film (or know someone who has) then bring it along and we’ll show it (max: 15mins). We’ll show anything we’re given but as this is the Still Walking Festival we’ll be particularly impressed with any submissions that are in some way exploratory, “meanderthal”, flaneur-y or just plain old walking related.
